Sabemos que hay <strong>aspectos claves<\/strong> que pueden ayudar a ser m\u00e1s efectivo a la hora de <strong>conversar <\/strong>con uno mismo, con colaboradores y equipos de personas. Que hemos de <strong>facilitar<\/strong> una mayor autonom\u00eda de los colaboradores.
